Kiteboarding in Holland is a mission. We have a lot of water and a lot of wind. Not the typical trade winds: Low pressure systems deliver cold, rainy and gusty conditions with winds coming from all directions. Scoring a good session means preparing with the forecast charts, scouting locations, and require a bit of luck. Sometimes it works out, and sometimes it does not...

Due to Covid-19, Naish Kiteboarding couldn't fly the team to Hawaii for the foto and videoshoots with the new Season 25 gear. So they decided to work with local media to create a combined video with footage from all over the globe. We Thestokefarm shot the Dutchies' part with Stig Hoefnagel and Cohan van Dijk.

Getting three cover shots in one day
We live in a world where we can access the most special photos on the internet just by opening our phones. Instagram and Facebook are full of amazing photos, yet that one cover or beautiful photo in a magazine still holds so much value for me as a kiter. A cover remains something special.
